[Return Refund] Can I raise a return/refund request after selecting Order Received?

You are eligible to raise a Return/Refund request as long as you are within the Shopee Guarantee Period. 

 

⚠️ Note:

 

  • Mall Sellers: 15 days from Order Delivered Date
  • Non-mall Sellers: 15 days from Order Delivered Date

 

To check if your order qualifies, go to Order Details and see if the Return/Refund button is present.

 

 

Eligible orders

 

Kindly make a request for a Return/Refund via Order Details before your order's Shopee Guarantee end date. Your request will be reviewed by a Shopee agent.

Non-eligible orders

 

If your order faces issues after the Shopee Guarantee period ends, contact the seller via Shopee Chat for a resolution discussion.

 

If there's no response in 2 days, kindly contact us via the channels at the bottom of the page. A Shopee agent will investigate and resolve your case based on the evidence you provide.
